MINUTE-TO-WIN-IT Olympics

Each team sends the number of people that are needed for each challenge. Activities are FAST (2-3 minutes). Collect gold coins based on your success in each challenge. Team with the most gold coins at the end wins.

  1. Funny Face Cookie Contest; 2 members from each team have to slide an OREO from their forehead to their mouth using only gravity and facial contortion. First team to get 2 cookies wins that round.
  2. Dixie Pyramid; 2 team members have to create and disassemble a pyramid made from 21 Dixie type large cups. First one to do so without the pyramid collapsing wins.
  3. M&M Miners; using suction through straws, two team members try to get as many M&Ms as possible into a cup against the clock.
  4. Play dough Pictionary; a representative from each team is shown a word (all see the same word, for example TREE) and must rush back to their team and create a play dough representation of the word, they may not speak. First team to yell out “TREE”! is the winner. Repeat with many words while rotating team members through the sculptor role.
  5. Hibachi Towers; using marshmallows and spaghetti, a team of two attempts to build the highest possible structure in a 2 minute window.
  6. Ping Pong Straw Hockey: Teams use straws to blow the ping pong through the goal.
  7. Hula Hoop Horse Shoes; team members will try to score by tossing the hoop so it lands over a parking cone several feet away. Most hoops wins.
  8. Hula Hoop Speed Pass; teams with equal number of members will send a hoop from one end to the other so their bodies pass through without breaking hand contact.
  9. Balloon Trolley Relay; Teams of 3 members are separated by an inflated balloon pressed between their chest and backs. Without dropping the balloon OR using hands for support they must cross a distance and then give the balloons to 3 other team members for the return trip. First one who arrives without breaking the rules is the winner.
  10. Jump Rope/Double Dutch; Jumper must sing, two persons per, etc…
  11. Trivia Booth; could be company questions prepared by the company or regular trivia. 2 members from each team will have 3 minutes to get as many right answers as possible without consulting or using smart phones.
  12. Ball Bounce in Bucket. How many can your team get in?
  13. Blockhead: How many baby blocks can you load on a tongue depressor? How fast can you pass one block between teammates without touching the block?
